Boston LGBTQ+ Community & Visitors Center will provide support, foster community, and maintain brave spaces for members of all LGBTQ+ identities and their endeavors, both collective and individual, in service of Greater Boston and the New England region.
Our city has shaped LGBTQ+ history nationwide—yet we still don’t have an LGBTQ+ Center. We’re going to change that.
Boston LGBTQ+ Community & Visitors Center is working to establish a permanent downtown space where residents, visitors, and organizations can gather to learn, connect, and celebrate LGBTQ+ life and culture.
Our vision includes consistent programs: guided history tours, workshops + speakers, joyful special events, visitor information, and meaningful engagement for ages from youth through senior. We will offer connection opportunities for civic life and business, research, arts and culture, health resources, legal and financial empowerment, housing guidance, and provide meeting spaces in honor of pioneers such as Elaine Noble and Barney Frank.
A place where community comes to life everyday.
We're building that future now.
Help create a central LGBTQ+ hub in Boston.
